My obsession with little birdies continues... if you missed part one, click here. The other little birdie I found at the Dollar Store was not a part of my color-scheme at all.
Oh I LOVE those little birds! I cleaned our Dollar Tree OUT of those last year for my wedding place settings! They're SO CUTE! I love how you painted it...I have about 7,000 left so I'll have to try that on at least one...lol.
I have the same birds from DT...I have mine painted sage green and dry brushed black...I have a little bird obsession myself...and I have to admit that I LURVE me a can of spray paint! woowoo! Robyn and Daisy Mae www.foresthillsroad.blogspot.com
So lovely. I just feel more at peace just looking at the picture of such a sweet little bird. Thank you for linking to the boardwalk Bragfest today! You always have something I enjoy!
Wow...this is amazing. And the birdcage is awesome too.
I've been a domestic goddess this week ...making new SOUTHWEST CURTAIN TIE-BACKS Stop by for a visit and viewing if you can find time! Have a great weekend.
These turned out super cute with your finish technique. I have a few of these but can't seem to get the votive holder out?!? Would love to have you stop by the Sunday Showcase Party if you get a chance ~ Hope you are enjoying your weekend! Off to check out the birdhouse...
I just purchased a vintage wooden birdhouse and spray painted it white...but I have been thinking about what to put on the bottom of it? I loved your idea on the moss. I had purchased some from The Dollar Tree and have just been holding on to it for something just like this! Thanks :) (love your blog btw)
I actually picked up a bird just like this one today at the dollar store. My plan was to whitewash him like yours, but the glass is glued in! Now what? :)
